Mobile Parkomat: Parking fees and receipts on a smartphone
A field app that lets parking attendants handle entries and exits, subscribers, debts, collection and receipts on a smartphone.
The problem
On streets, squares and open or covered car parks, the parking fee is collected in the field by an attendant. Mobile Parkomat was designed to handle that collection and the receipt on a smartphone instead of a separate handheld terminal. It was built for both public and private parking areas.
The parking ticket the app issues shows the street, location, date and time, duration, licence plate and the fee charged. The system runs online, so transactions are visible in real time.
Modules
Vehicle tracking
Tracks vehicle entries, exits and movements in the parking area, along with the current cash position.
Subscriber and debt tracking
Tracks subscriptions and debts. Overdue subscriptions can be queried instantly, and vehicle debts can be looked up and collected.
Reports
Current and historical reports, including daily X and Z reports and Z reports for past dates.
