Alanya Municipality Mobile App Project
A municipal app where residents check debts, read announcements, reach the solution desk and find pharmacies on duty, live cameras and a city guide.
Resident, field and manager apps for municipalities
What residents do on their phones, collections and ticket sales in the field, and summary screens for managers.
Some municipal services run on a resident’s phone, some in a field officer’s hands and some on a manager’s desk. We have built apps for each of the three.
For residents
- Alanya Municipality corporate app: debt lookup and payment, parking debt, announcements, the solution desk, pharmacies on duty, live cameras and a city guide.
- Campus Alanya: connects students with businesses that offer discounts and verifies the discount by QR code.
In the field
- Mobile Parkomat: parking fee collection and receipts, subscriber and debt tracking, X and Z reports on a smartphone.
- Mobile Ticket: ticket sales at historic sites on a smartphone, with QR checks for combined tickets.
For managers
- Mobile Manager: income and expenses, solution desk, appointments, staff and accounting summaries.
- Mobile Ticket admin panel: live activity across sales points.
Current use of these projects is being confirmed with each institution; the project pages describe them as historical references.
