A tour operator sells the same tour in several regions, picks customers up from different points and describes the tour on its website in more than one language. Travel Agency App keeps all of that, from the tour definition to bookings and website content, in a single portal.
Modules
Tour management
Each tour gets a category, target region and duration, plus its name, dynamic prices, departure points and features.
Booking management
Tour and transfer bookings from customers are managed in one place. Automatic e-mails, ticket printing and WhatsApp sharing speed up communication with customers.
Content management
Blog posts, articles, dynamic pages, tour details, itineraries and what is or isn’t included are managed here. Dynamic language management lets you enter content for every language on the website.
Regions and region points
Tours are linked to the regions they serve. One tour can belong to several regions, so content is not entered twice. Region points give short information about notable places in each region.
Price types, departure routes and transfers
Tour prices can be customised to fit the business’s pricing strategy. Departure routes collect customers from different parts of the city. The transfer module records vehicles, transfer zones and distance-based charges.
