About the product
TulTrack is an online bookkeeping program built so businesses could follow their finances in one place. It was offered as a web and a mobile app. Our old site linked to a free trial and the app stores; those links no longer work, so this page only describes what the product covered.
Modules
Income and expense tracking
Money in and out, cash and bank movements, and an income-expense overview for planning.
Invoices
Create and track invoices, see what is due or overdue, turn recurring invoices into automatic ones and send them by e-mail. E-invoice and e-archive invoices were supported through e-transformation services.
Customer and supplier accounts
Search customers and suppliers by balance, open their transaction history and statements, import records, and handle payments, collections, invoices, reminders and reconciliations.
Warehouse and stock
Current stock levels and movements, stock per warehouse and alerts when an item drops to a critical level.
Stock reports
The stock movements report shows entries, exits, purchases and sales. The products-in-stock report lists the inventory with estimated purchase, sale, cost and profit values per product.
