Operations teams often keep the same information in several places: appointments in a spreadsheet, notifications in a messaging app, cash in a separate ledger. At the end of the day someone has to stitch them together by hand to see who did what and how much was collected.

What we have built in this area

  • In Tattoonets, saving a tattoo booking sends an e-mail and app notification to the artist and, if there is a transfer, to the driver.
  • In the same system, deposits, remaining balances and commissions are posted as cash movements, and end-of-day reports can be grouped by currency.
  • The Municipality Mobile Manager app puts income and expenses, solution desk requests, appointments and staff data on a manager’s phone.
  • TulTrack brought income and expenses, invoices, accounts and stock tracking together in one product.

Where we start

Together we map where each piece of information lives, which action affects which person and who each report is for. Then we start with the flow that wastes the most time and build the system in stages.
